Position Overview

Reporting to Finalyse partners, the Business Development Manager is expected to retain existing business while pursuing growth opportunities in the Netherlands.

This highly visible and business critical role will require an individual who can think outside the box when it comes to recognizing exceptional talent (in order to increase Finalyse capacity), learns quickly to gain a detailed knowledge of our business and possess an innate ability to connect with people at the client side to build potential business opportunities through a pro-active approach.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Finalyse consultancy services on the Netherlands market by matching clients requests/needs with our pool of available internal (employees) and external (contractors) risk experts.
  • Define and implement a sound Business Development strategy in line with our approach to our consultancy services
  • Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint Finalyse/customer resources planning process.
  • Become a trusted and privileged partner for your clients by ensuring that Finalyse services meet your clients’ expectations and quality standards.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the skills of our consultants, in order to detect market opportunities and present them opportunities that match their career development.
  • Take part in networking activities and expand your network in the Netherlands.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process: initial contacts with the business and the procurement departments, participation in the allocation process, follow-up of offers, etc.
  • Expand Finalyse local network of contractors and employees. You will work closely with Finalyse partners and HR team to expand our brand in the Netherlands and to attract new profiles.
  • Understand business needs and priorities, translating them into best-in-class recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure qualitative advertising for vacancies via appropriate social media and other channels (job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.)

You have:
• A Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent experience and 2 + years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
• A commercial and customer-oriented spirit, with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience developing diverse candidate pipelines and complex search strategies to attract domestic talents.
• Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
• Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
• Knowledge of risk management.

Language

  • Fluency in English & Dutch.
