Job brief

We are actively looking for an Intern in our Human Resources team. This internship will provide broad understanding and experience in Recruitment, and will focus primarily on Talent Acquisition support. The Recruiting Intern will support the Recruitment in the daily execution of different tasks and will learn on the job while working on a number of projects. The ideal candidate should display a high level of interest and focus in recruiting and be willing to do a bachelor’s thesis on this subject.


  • Research new ways to source quality talent
  • Monitor recruiting process & needs, applicant flow, interviews, background checks, interview preparation and troubleshooting
  • Assist in attracting talent by posting, advertising, and sourcing for open positions
  • Analysing hiring trends within financial & banking sector
  • Participate in the development of the recruitment unit and the implementation or improvement of internal processes
  • Assist in attracting talent by posting, advertising, and sourcing for open positions
  • Other projects in Recruitment as Employer Branding, Job Fairs, External Events, etc.
  • CV screening and sourcing
  • Scheduling Interviews


  • You are a student and you have a strong interest in pursuing Recruitment or Human Resources as a career path
  • You must complete an internship of 3 to 4 months as part of your studies
  • You have a good level in French, Dutch and English
  • Must be able to work independently and proactively to follow processes within scope of work
  • You are ambitious, motivated, reliable and fast learner
  • Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box''
