Job brief

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great colleagues within an agile, client-centric environment (ideally gained within a financial & banking setting). In this role, you will be responsible for “full-desk” delivery including sourcing, recruitment and assessment of high calibre individuals by using effective and innovative recruitment methodologies & tools; always providing a professional and world class candidate experience.

This highly visible and business critical role will require an individual who can think outside the box when it comes to recognizing exceptional talent, learns quickly to gain a detailed knowledge of our business and possess an innate ability to connect with people to build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.

We specifically seek someone who is resourceful, has strong written & verbal communication skills, a passion for people and can operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In addition, The Talent Acquisition Specialist must have extensive experience field recruiting & networking in a staffing agency, sourcing via social media & LinkedIn, conducting both in person and telephone interviews.

Key Deliverables

  • Providing world-class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes
  • Consulting with the business to drive talent attraction campaigns and employ innovative search strategies to attract top passive talents
  • Developing and executing suitable sourcing strategies to maximize position exposure to target audiences


  • Understanding business needs and priorities translating them into best in class recruitment solutions
  • Ensure qualitative advertising for vacancies via appropriate social media and other channels (job board/newspapers/colleges, etc)
  • Proactively attracting talented candidates
  • Searching, selecting & interviewing candidates
  • Provide suitable profiles to managers
  • Guide, advise and support stakeholders at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Manage autonomously your candidates’ pipe
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Work closely with Marketing for internal events and job fairs organisation
  • Participate in (inter)national projects: employer branding, optimizing the recruitment process, etc.


Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

  • Proven 1-5 years of successful experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience developing diverse candidate pipelines and complex search strategies to attract domestic and international passive talent
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
  • Ability to manage stakeholders on distance & face-to-face
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and candidates’ relationships.
  • You are eager to take initiatives in various domains, managing priorities and timing constraints
  • You are a good team player, who is both flexible and adaptable under pressure and you are able to build and maintain good working relationships
  • You are disciplined, methodical and autonomous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
